If I had to define Yoga with one word, I would choose the one of Space.

Yoga is Space, expansion of tissues, making room for organs and cells, liberation of emotions and tensions. Mental space to recognize new places and open up to new perspectives. From the crown we travel down the body, towards the roots, and with presence we embark on an internal journey where we listen to ourselves and inhabit this fascinating vehicle that is the body, facilitator of all our experiences.

How do we work?

With specific practices adapted to the needs and objectives of the group, with styles such as Hatha-Vinyasa or Yin Yoga, always without losing a therapeutic perspective.

Through alignment, conscious breathing and mind-body connection, we generate a complete and transformative experience.

In my classes, breathing marks the rhythm. The postures flow, root and open. We combine movement with stillness, inhalation with exhalation, strength with flexibility, contraction with expansion, Yin and Yang. A dance between opposites that takes balance as direction.

We are inspired by the four elements:

  • Earth – stability and rooting
  • Water – fluidity
  • Fire – transformation and energy
  • Air – lightness and rhythm

We accompany each practice with presence, respect and self-listening.

Therapeutic Yoga

I am a certified instructor of FisiomYoga, a therapeutic yoga discipline linked to physiotherapy and osteopathy to accompany recovery processes and improvement of the musculoskeletal system. Some of them are scoliosis, herniated disc, hyperkyphosis or lumbar or cervical hyperlordosis.

Especially aimed at people with:

Chronic ailments or injuries

Postural misalignments

Sport injuries or strains due to lifestyle

Along with the diagnosis of a health professional, we explore the body posture, unlearning certain patterns to incorporate new ones. We design a program of physical and respiratory exercises adapted to the needs, with a progressive and respectful approach, to help recover mobility, relieve pain and improve quality of life.
