To inhabit the Body, this fascinating vehicle, is and has been one of my vital intentions.

When I was five years old I started dancing and from then on, I understood that music can become embodied and that movement is a living expression of emotion.

As a teenager, oriental dance crossed my path, awakening my fascination with the ancestral, the feminine, distant worlds and the mystery of the Middle East. That curiosity led me to study Anthropology, thus connecting with my explorer in search of the origin, the matrix.

After graduating, I began leading belly dance sessions. With my students, we travelled to distant landscapes through movement and technique; we returned to the circle, to the tribe, to the beat of the drum. With every gesture, we celebrated life.

I have never stopped learning and traveling, driven by a incessant desire to integrate and discover. And that’s how a fundamental piece of my puzzle appeared: yoga. The mat transformed my way of being in the world. I realized that everything I was looking for outside already lived within me. As Dag Hammarskjöld said “the longest journey is the journey inwards”.

With my yoga teacher Vijay Amar. India. 2014.

Motivated to share this experience, in 2013 I started my teacher training in hatha vinyasa yoga at the Mandiram school in Barcelona (200 h Yoga Alliance). When I finished, I wanted more and more which is why I kept returning to India. This time instead of learning its millenary dances as I did before; I continued training with my teacher Vijay Amar, in the peace of the Himalayas.

Yoga empowers me, shows me the challenges that unbalance my center of gravity. It is a vital tool. Dance and yoga are part of my life, they merge. On the mat, I discover myself and in the rhythm of my breathing, I mark the movements of an ancient dance.

I continue to deepen my study of body biodynamics, a path I started with my training in therapeutic yoga. This holistic view of the body has naturally brought me closer to massage techniques. I have discovered another way of listening to and accompanying others. Through conscious touch, the hands dialogue with the tissues, the body speaks, releases and remembers. For me, each massage is an invitation to pause, to inhabit the present and to let go of what we no longer need.

Being able to dedicate myself to what I am passionate about fills me with gratitude and also gives meaning to my journey. Everything I share is born from a deep experience and I offer it from the presence, sensitivity and respect for each person’s process.

Each class, each session and each encounter is a confirmation that I am exactly where I have to be and an opportunity to continue growing. THANK YOU.
